Awards and Plaques can process your order in just 72 hours* if all necessary information is completed accurately along with proper payment. Please refer to our color-coded map to determine the scheduled Ground Transit time from our factory. 2-Day Air & Next Day Air is available to most addresses at an additional cost (a signature is required at the time of delivery for all air shipments). Today's date + Production time (3 business days) + delivery time (in business days) = delivery date

What method of payment do I use when I order over the Internet?
To process your order quickly, Awards and Plaques will take credit cards as a form of payment over the Internet. We accept VISA, Mastercard, & American Express. You also have the option of mailing in your payment to Graphic Awards & Trophies, 27 Walker Street, Norton, MA 02766.

What method of payment can I use when placing an order?
*Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express): for orders placed by mail, fax, phone or the Internet.
*Prepaid with a check or money order: only for orders placed by mail ( U.S. currency only).
*Official U.S. Government Purchase Order: for orders placed by mail or fax.
*Awards and Plaques does not accept C.O.D. orders.

What do I do if I receive damaged or misengraved items?
To place a claim on damaged or incorrect items please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-508-222-7361 between 9:00am-5:00pm.

Can I return items for a refund?
No merchandise may be returned for Credit, Refund, or Replacement unless written permission is obtained in advance. A merchandise return authorization form must accompany all returns. There will be a 15% restocking charge on all items accepted for return, plus $2.00 per trophy for plate engraved. Please contact our Customer Service for any claims at 1-508-222-7361 Monday through Friday from 9:00-5:00pm EST. Engraved medals, plaques, and acrylics, as well as any custom items cannot be returned for credit.
