Security
Security is certainly an issue on the web right now, and for good reason. Transactions online are relatively new, so people often talk about it. The truth is, making a credit card transaction online is one of the safest ways to make a transaction. Consider the alternatives:
- you give your credit card to a waiter in a restaraunt and it leaves your sight only to be returned 10 minutes later
- you are on a public phone ordering concert tickets, reading your card number out loud for anyone close by to hear
- you are at a local merchant buying widgets and you take your receipt and walk away while the clerk holds on to a copy of the receipt with your card number and signature
Online security is handled through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). When communicating with a secure server like ours, the browsers encrypt (scramble & code)) the information you send to us.

Shipping
All domestic U. S. orders are shipped UPS. Alaska & Hawaii shipping is additional. Overnight and second day air shipping is also available.

Delivery Time
Most products are hand made to your specifications, unless it is a stock item. If you pay by check, add 7 days for the check to clear.

| SALES
Sales tax
We currently do not have to charge sales tax for internet sales only. This is currently our best understanding of internet law. This policy may change in the future. This policy is not related to any other sales policies.

| INTERN
International Orders:
Place your order on-line via Credit Card only. We will contact you via e-mail regarding additional shipping charges.

| RETURNS
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receipt of your order, we will gladly either:
- Refund your full purchase price. We will refund original shipping charges, if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item is defective.
- Replace the product with something else. Or,
- Replace any missing or damaged parts.
- When merchandise is returned to us, your card will be credited within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. If you paid by check, you will receive a check.
To return an item, please:
- Notify us by E-Mail: at sales@awardsandplaquesonline.com
- Or call 1-508-222-7361 between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm Monday - Friday Eastern Standard Time.
- We will e-mail you back a Return Authorization Number to place on the package so you will be credited properly.
- Send your package back to us insured for your protection and prepaid via United Parcel Service or U.S. mail.
- All merchandise must be returned in its original package.
- Please include:
a. Copy of order or your online order number.
b. Reason for return.
c. Send all returns to:
